At Elite Fitness Pros we offer two custom meal plan options, our detailed custom meal plan, and our flexible custom meal plan, to help you achieve your goals.

Our Detailed Custom Meal Plans (DCMP) tells you exactly what to eat (i.e. breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks) in portions that align with your specific macronutrient goals while keeping in mind your individual food preferences, activity level, and personal diet challenges. Your meal plan is created weekly by your assigned Nutrition Coach, which allows for ongoing communication, support, and adjustments as needed. With our custom option, we do all of the planning for you! This meal plan is perfect for those who prefer to follow a structured plan.

Our Flexible Custom Meal Plan (FCMP) includes your individual macronutrient prescription along with one-on-one coaching from your assigned Nutrition Coach. Each week, you’ll receive your prescribed macros to use as the foundation of your meal plan to design your days of eating (via tracking app, like MyFitnessPal). This option differs from our DCMP by offering you more flexibility and autonomy with your diet. This plan is perfect for someone who already has a good handle on counting macronutrients, but is looking for accountability to reach their goals.

Q: Who is this service right for?

Our Custom Nutrition Plans are a great options for ANYONE looking to reach a fitness goal!! Because our plans are custom designed for each individual, we are able to serve customers who are looking to lose weight, gain mass, or even prepare for competition

Q: How does the process work?

After expressing interest via our website, email, or phone, you will fill out a nutrition questionnaire to specify your food preferences, and any food allergies you may have. We will then pair you with one of our nutritionist to conduct a consultation to understand your goals, time lines, and also answer any questions that you have. That information will be used to curate your custom meal plan.

Q: How are the meal plans delivered?

Meal plans are distributed every Sunday by noon EST. Clients can access their meal plans through our mobile app, as well as receive a printable PDF version via email.

Q: What if I have food allergies?

No problem. Because each meal plan is custom made for your needs, you will have the opportunity to work with you assigned nutritionist to speak about food restrictions. There is also space for food allergies in the initial questionnaire.

Q: Does my meal plan include supplements?

Supplement recommendations are made as needed. The majority of your plan will consist of whole foods. Supplements will be used to help address any deficiencies in your diet or to provide additional nutrients such as for post workout,

Q: I am on a tight schedule and can’t cook everyday. Will this still work for me?

Yes! We come across people who don’t have two hours a day to cook all of their meals. We are some of those people! The beauty of meal planning is that you can bulk cook 2 times a week and do very little prepping in between to have your meals ready to go. Tupperware and good planning can save you time and keep you on track. And if you are ever on the run, we have a section of the guide to help you survive popular restaurants and still stay on track with your meal plan.

Q: What is the refund policy?

There is a no refund policy. We want you to succeed with your program and having a refund will give you a painless option of quitting. The system is very effective to those willing to make the changes and who work hard. You will get your monies worth!

Q: Why doesn't Elite Fitness Pros have a refund policy?

What you get with EFP is Intellectual Property and Time. Its a custom made program designed by our certified personal trainers. There is no way to return the program because its a electronic item sent via email. Its not an tangible item that you can return in the mail like a book or dvd. The clients that contact EFP in advance will always be told to be 100% ready to transform before buying. If you are not ready then wait until your fully ready to commit.
