Program Description

TORCH is an 8-week high-intensity workout series, developed to burn body fat while getting you in the best shape of your life. Constructed with the some of the most effective and proven fat burning exercises, Torch is geared towards getting you the results you want with minimal equipment.

What You Will Need

TORCH is designed to be performed with minimal equipment. The program can be completed with the listed items below.

- Yoga Mat
- Dumbbells
* 10 to 15 lbs for Women (Recommended) *
* 20 to 25 lbs for Men (Recommended) *

Things To Know

- The 8-week program will require 4 training days per week (M, T, TH, F is our recommendation)

- All workouts will be administered through our mobile app. You will receive the app invitation after you have enrolled in the program.

- Bi-weekly check-ins will be scheduled as a group by your trainer. Check-Ins will give participating members an opportunity to ask questions, get tips, and get feedback on their progress. (individual check-ins can also be arranged)

- Upon registering, you will be added to the TORCH group chat, this will allow participating members to motivate, and communicate with each other. EFP Trainers will also be a part of this group to give helpful tips and motivation.
