Our Online Personal Training program is ideal for men and women of all ages who are motivated, and have some experience with fitness training. You do not need to be an expert to follow our programs.

Our requirements in a client are similar to the requirements we have of ourselves. Dedication to our program, passion for what you are doing and about the goal you want to achieve! Consistency, patience and good communication are also key factors in seeing the results you are longing for!

Q: How does the process work?

After expressing interest via website, email, or phone you will fill out a fitness questionnaire to access your goals, and specific information to your current fitness level. We will then pair you with one of our certified trainers to conduct a consultation to understand your goals, time lines, and also answer any questions that you have. That information will be used to curate your custom program.

Q: How are the workouts delivered?

We deliver our workouts via our Online Training App which is accessible via website or mobile device. Once you have chosen a program and your program is curated by your trainer, you will be given access to the training app.

Q: What are the features of the Online Training App?

Our Online Personal Training app provides an overall view of your training plan along with a calendar displaying each individual work out for the assigned day. There is also an instant message feature that allows you to contact your trainer and progress option that allows you to track your workouts as well as provide photo updates.

Q: How is my progress measured with a virtual trainer?

You will have weekly check-ins with you trainer to discuss how things are progressing and any potential adjustments. You will also provide weekly photo updates and track each workout within the Online Training app.

Q: When can I start my plan?

All of our Online Personal Training programs start on the 1st and 3rd week of each month.

Q: What is the refund policy?

There is a no refund policy. We want you to succeed with your program and having a refund will give you a painless option of quitting. The system is very effective to those willing to make the changes and who work hard. You will get your monies worth!

Q: Why doesn't Elite Fitness Pros have a refund policy?

What you get with EFP is Intellectual Property and Time. Its a custom made program designed by our certified personal trainers. There is no way to return the program because its a electronic item sent via email. Its not an tangible item that you can return in the mail like a book or dvd. The clients that contact EFP in advance will always be told to be 100% ready to transform before buying. If you are not ready then wait until your fully ready to commit.
